Frontier Airlines Growth Plan

Since Frontier’s original Q4 2025 delivery schedule was published, the company’s fleet plan has been significantly revised. The aggressive growth trajectory previously outlined for 2025 and beyond has been moderated, and multiple aircraft deliveries have been deferred.

Rather than reaching the previously cited 178-aircraft milestone in 2026 and beyond, deliveries have shifted to later years as part of a broader fleet optimization strategy. The updated plan reflects a more measured approach to growth, including delivery deferrals and fleet right-sizing initiatives.

Under the revised schedule, the fleet is now projected to end 2026 with approximately 177/178 aircraft and 2027 with 177/178 aircraft, reflecting a flatter growth profile than previously forecast.

These adjustments align capacity growth with current market conditions, operational performance goals, and long-term financial objectives. For the most current fleet totals and delivery timing
